There have been numerous changes to the OSHA regulations this year that can directly affect Minnesota school districts.  We have designed this educational webinar to be informational and easy to understand.

We want you to know how these regulation changes will affect your school.  We will spend the hour discussing the changes as well as best practices to help districts comply with these new regulations.

Discussion Points:

  • Increased fines from OSHA
  • New SILICA standards for construction & general industry confined space
  • OSHA injury & illness reporting requirements
  • OSHA injury & illness recordkeeping
  • Globally harmonized system of labeling chemicals

This Webinar is hosted by the Minnesota School Boards Association Insurance Trust with support from the Minnesota School Boards Association and the Minnesota Association of School Business Officials.
